Follow the steps below to import bookmarks in Google Chrome on Android.
1. Visit the Raindrop.io Website
Open Chrome (or any browser) on your Android device and type app.raindrop.io in the address bar. Press Go to load the Raindrop.io web app. This is where you’ll import and manage your bookmarks.
2. Create an Account or Sign In
Tap Sign In in the upper right corner. Log in with your existing account or create one using your email, Google, Facebook, or Apple. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in.
3. Import Your Bookmarks from an HTML File
Once signed in, click on Import Bookmarks.
Tap on “Upload file” to upload your HTML file from your device.
Let’s select the file.
Then click on “Start Import.”
Once done, you will see the import completed message, and you can tap on “Go to home” to access the bookmarks
4. Organize Your Imported Bookmarks
After the import, organize bookmarks by dragging them into folders or tapping the “+” icon to create new bookmarks. Tap and hold the bookmark to use the “Edit” button to rename or categorize your bookmarks.
5. Access Your Bookmarks via Chrome
Open app.raindrop.io in Chrome to access your bookmarks. Tap any bookmark to open it directly in Chrome, or add the site to your home screen for quick access. Here, you can see the list of bookmarks we successfully imported.
