Follow the steps below to transfer Chrome bookmarks to a new PC with no sign-in.
1. Export Bookmarks from the Original Chrome Browser
With Chrome open on your old PC, click the three dots (menu icon) in the top right corner. Hover over “Bookmarks and lists,” then select “Bookmark Manager.”
In the Bookmark Manager, click the three dots in the top right.
Then select “Export bookmarks.”
Save the file to your desktop or another easy-to-find location. Click “Save” to save the file.
2. Transfer the Exported Bookmark File to the New PC
Copy the bookmarks file to a USB drive, external hard drive, or upload it to a cloud service like Google Drive. For example, let’s drag the file to an SD card.
3. Import the Bookmark File into Chrome on the New PC
Open Chrome on the new PC. Click the three dots (menu icon) in the top right corner, hover over “Bookmarks and lists,” then select “Bookmark Manager.”

Select “Import bookmarks.”
Then find and select the file you transferred and click “Open” to upload.
4. Confirm All Bookmarks Have Been Imported Successfully
You should see all the bookmarks from your old PC listed as a folder named “Imported.” Click on it and check if everything looks correct, then your bookmarks were successfully imported.
