1. Open Google Chrome’s Bookmark Manager

2. Open the Import Function
In the Bookmark Manager, click the three-dot menu again at the top-right corner of the page then, select Import Bookmarks. This will open your local file explorer where you can locate the HTML file.

3. Select the HTML File
On the file explorer, locate the HTML bookmarks file you saved earlier. Select the HTML file, and then click Open. Once imported, your bookmarks will appear in the Bookmark Manager under a new folder.
