Draw on Screen using a Chrome Extension

Follow the steps below to draw on screen using an extension in Google Chrome.

1. Search for the “Draw on Page” Extension in Chrome Web Store

In the Chrome Web Store, use the search bar to find the “Draw on Page” extension. This is the tool you’ll use to draw directly on any webpage.

2. Click “Add to Chrome” to Install the Extension

Once you’ve found the “Draw on Page” extension, click the “Add to Chrome” button. This starts the installation process and adds the extension to your browser.

3. Confirm Installation by Clicking “Add Extension”

A pop-up will appear asking for your confirmation to install the extension. Click “Add Extension” to finalize the installation. The extension’s icon will now show up in your Chrome toolbar.

4. Open the “Draw on Page” Extension from the Chrome Toolbar

To start drawing, click the “Draw on Page” icon in your Chrome toolbar. This will activate the drawing tools on your current webpage.

5. Select Your Drawing Tool from the Toolbar

Once the extension is activated, a toolbar will appear with different drawing tools. Choose the tool you want to use, such as a pen, highlighter, or shape, and adjust settings like color or thickness.

6. Start Drawing Directly on the Web Page

7. Use the Trash Icon to Remove Drawings

If you make a mistake, use the eraser tool from the toolbar to remove specific parts of your drawing. You can also click the trash icon to erase everything on the page at once.

If you want to keep your work, take a screenshot of the page by clicking on the camera icon. You can also print the webpage with annotations by clicking on the printer icon. This will save  any annotations you’ve made on the webpage.

9. Remove or Disable the Extension from Chrome When Finished
