2. Go to Chrome Web Store to Find a Whitelist Extension

In the Settings menu, click on “Extensions.”

Then select “Chrome Web Store.” This is where you can search for tools to block or allow websites.

3. Install the BlockSite Extension

In the Chrome Web Store search bar, type “BlockSite“.

Click on the extension and then click “Add to Chrome.” This will install the extension to help you block all sites except the ones you choose.

Select “Add extension” from the pop-up window.

4. Open BlockSite Extension to Configure Settings

After installation, click the BlockSite icon in the extension toolbar (puzzle icon). This opens the extension interface, where you can manage allowed and blocked websites.

Tap on “I Accept.”

To edit restricted websites, click on “Edit block list.”

5. Block All Websites Except One

On the BlockSite settings, click on “Focus Mode.”

Check the box beside “Whitelist mode” to allow only one website.

Tap on “Yes” to start whitelisting websites.

Enter the website URL, then click “Add Item.”

Ensure the “Blocking” toggle is set to on.

Now, start the whitelist by clicking on “Start Focus Session.”

Then test other websites to see if it has been blocked. You will see a similar message just like the image below.

Let’s try to open “https://chromewebstore.google.com/,” which is the only website we allowed. If it opens normally, then you have only allowed one website.
