Follow the steps below to solve the blank screen problem in your Google Chrome browser.  

1. Close and Reopen Google Chrome

Close your Google Chrome browser by clicking the “X” at the top-right corner or by using the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete). Then, reopen Chrome to see if the issue is resolved.

2. Update Google Chrome

Open Chrome, click on the three dots in the upper right corner, go to “Help,” and then “About Google Chrome.”

The browser will automatically check for and install any updates.

3. Disable All Chrome Extensions

Access the extensions menu by clicking the three dots icon on the top right hand side of your browser and select “Settings.”

Disable all extensions by toggling them off. Then, check if the blank screen issue is resolved.

4. Clear Chrome’s Cache and Cookies

In Google Chrome’s settings, select “Privacy and security.

Then, “Delete browsing data.”
